Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on any DraftKings platform, including DraftKings Predictions (i.e., by way of self-exclusion, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. QUALIFYING TRADE
Qualifying Trade is a customer’s first trade on DraftKings Predictions after opt-in. A trade placed with bonus rewards (including but not limited Predictions Dollars) is not valid. Qualifying Trade must be placed using cash from your cash balance.
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the Promotion requirements, qualified customer will receive an amount of Predictions Dollars equal to the amount of their Qualifying Trade. Maximum $75 in Predictions Dollars will be credited to customer’s account immediately upon meeting the Promotion requirements, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.
BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS
Predictions Dollars are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, not redeemable for cash, and expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. Payouts from trades placed using Predictions Dollars will be transferred to customer’s cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. There are no restrictions on profits earned from Predictions Dollars. Predictions Dollars cannot be combined and used together with other bonus rewards. FEES
DraftKings Predictions charges a $0.01 transaction fee for each event contract bought or sold. The exchange that offers the market for each event contract charges a separate exchange fee. DraftKings Predictions customer is responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Event contract payments may be classified as income and reported on Form 1099 as applicable.
