PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY
The promotional offer is valid between 9/1/2024 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and 9/9/2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports product operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada, and the UK). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), and MA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA. Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
During the Promotional Period, DraftKings is offering customers the shot to earn bonus rewards through various promotional contests. In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have a valid DraftKings Daily Fantasy account; (2) view the NFL Week 1 Countdown promotional page at https://www.draftkings.com/nfl-week-one-countdown and opt-in to each promotion daily by clicking the appropriate link or button (customers must opt-in to each promotion); (3) enter the appropriate DFS contest(s) outlined in the promotional requirements for each specific day (outlined below); and (4) meet any further promotional requirements prescribed each day to qualify for a bonus reward.
