PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

The promotional offer is valid between 3/25/2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 3/28/2024 at 4:10 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports product operates (Most US states; select jurisdictions in Canada, and the UK). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, FL, IA, LA (select parishes), and MA). During the Promotional Period, DraftKings is offering customers the shot to earn bonus rewards through various promotional contests. In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements, customers must (1) view the Big Game Countdown promotional page at https://www.draftkings.com/countdown-to-first-pitch-2024 and opt-in to each promotion individually by clicking the appropriate link or button; (2) enter the appropriate DFS contest; and (3) meet any further promotional requirements to qualify for a bonus reward. CROWNS: Crowns are a form of site credits earned and used by DraftKings customers. Crowns cannot be redeemed for cash, are not withdrawable, do not expire, but can be used on all DraftKings platforms (Daily Fantasy, Sportsbook, Casino, and Marketplace). This means that if you earn your Crowns playing Daily Fantasy, they will be available to you for Sportsbook and Casino games as well. Crowns can be redeemed for DK Dollars and/or Casino Credits (where DK Casino is eligible). Crowns can only be redeemed in units of 55 crowns (55 crowns is equal to 10 cents. Therefore, 550 crowns is equal to $1). Crowns redemption rates are subject to change without notice at any time. Crowns redemptions are non-reversible.
