PGA Achievement Terms.
Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
The promotional offer is valid between 4/2/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 8/30/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports product operates (Most U.S. states; select jurisdictions in Canada). Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA. Void where prohibited. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have a valid DraftKings Daily Fantasy account; (2) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (3) complete the play requirements below to earn a reward.
PLAY REQUIREMENTS
Qualified customers must enter Eligible Contests (defined below) for a minimum of 75 total days within the Promotional Period. Days do not need to be consecutive to be eligible for a reward. An entry will count toward the daily requirement if the contest locks on that day. There is no minimum entry amount for a contest entry, however, only entries into paid Eligible Contests will count toward the play requirement. Entries for Best Ball and Flash Draft are not valid and will not count toward this Promotion. Entries that have been cancelled, withdrawn, or voided will not count toward this Promotion.
Each customer may earn credit for only one (1) qualifying day per calendar day, regardless of the number of Eligible Contest entries submitted.

BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the play requirements, qualified customers will receive $25 in DK Dollars. The reward will be issued at the end of the Promotional Period (regardless of whether a customer fulfills the play requirements prior to that time), or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours of the end of the Promotional Period.
Reward issued via a “click to claim”, which will expire after thirty (30) days (720 hours). Failure to claim the reward before expiration will result in forfeiture. Reward can be claimed on the customer’s promo page when issued.
DK DOLLARS LIMITATIONS
DK Dollars are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars do not expire and must be played or wagered 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. For example, if you place a wager with $5 DK Dollars at +100 odds and win, you will receive a total of $10 in cash. Your $5 DK Dollars stake will be converted to cash, and you will receive your winnings as $5 cash. For DFS, your DK Dollars entry fee is not returned to your account, just like if you paid your DFS entry fee in cash. DK Dollars may not be combined with other bonus rewards, may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets and contests. Maximum one (1) redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings' sole discretion. See DraftKings Terms of Use for information on eligibility for creating, using, and funding a Daily Fantasy Sports account as well as participating in DraftKings Daily Fantasy contests. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account, including winnings that are subject to a bonus reward with a play through requirement that has not been met, shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. TICKET REWARD LIMITATIONS
Ticket rewards are equivalent to site credits and are only valid for use on MLB contests. Ticket reward has no cash value, is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable. Ticket reward is single-use and expires on 4/11/2027 at 11:59 PM.

What are the MLB Achievements?
MLB Achievements are a series of challenges specifically geared towards a players’ activity during the entire 2026 MLB season. These challenges each have a set number of milestones that reward players as they progress through their Achievements.
The Achievements are:
1) Fantasy MLB Ironman
Play $.01+ in MLB entries for 150 days from 3/25/26 to 9/27/26.
NOTE: Total of $.01+ in MLB entry fees per day.
Can I complete more than one milestone on the same day?
Yes! If you have a very active MLB day you can complete more than one milestone in one day across your MLB Achievements.
How long do I have to complete my MLB Achievements?
MLB Achievements will last between March 25, 2026 and September 27, 2026. Pending any schedule changes, the last day to complete MLB Regular Season Achievements will be on September 27, 2026. Achievements rewards will be claimable until 30 days after the MLB Achievements program ends. Rewards will no longer be claimable after 11:59 PM ET on October 27, 2026.
