Coming off a solid nine-game slate last night, tonight’s three-game schedule gives DraftKings DFS hockey players a limited night of hockey action. There are some top players and lines out there tonight with teams like the Flyers, Jets and Ducks all playing and there are some decent value plays as well tonight, so let’s take a look:

Top Stacks

PHILADELPHIA FLYERS (VS WASHINGTON)

march 30th flyers

Quickly becoming one of the best top lines in the NHL, this Flyers top trio has put the team on their back and been the key cog that has powered them into playoff contention. All have been productive lately with this line combining for 21 points over their last 10 games. They were responsible for getting the Flyers to OT on Monday against the Jets hooking up for Wayne Simmonds 26th marker of the season with Giroux and Schenn picking up the helpers. Giroux topped things off by netting the game-winner in OT on a beautiful feed from Shayne Gostisbehere. Giroux now has five points in his last five games. Simmonds has hit the 50-point mark for the third straight season and is closing in on passing his career-high in shots of 209, with 203 so far on the year. He has points in three of his last five games. Schenn is enjoying the breakout season of his young career setting career-highs in points, goals and assists with games remaining to continue to pile on. The Flyers have a tough and impactful divisional matchup tonight against the Capitals while they are in the middle of a Wild Card race with the Islanders and Red Wings. This line stack has been very good against the Capitals this season, posting six points combined in three games, and in such an imperative game for their season they will be heavily leaned on to produce tonight.

Mid-Level Stacks

WINNIPEG JETS (VS OTTAWA)

NHL: Winnipeg Jets at Dallas Stars

Blake Wheeler ($7,300) – Mark Scheifele ($6,200) – Nikolaj Ehlers ($4,300)

The future offensively is very bright for the Jets going forward and this season we have seen two players step-up into the spotlight for the team. Since Brian Little went down for the season and Mark Scheifele took over the Jets top line has been one of the better scoring lines in the league. Scheifele has 28 points since the beginning of February and has 18 alone in the month of March to date, second in the league in scoring this month behind only Sidney Crosby. This line provided the offense on and Scheifele continued his hot run on Monday night against the Flyers with a goal and an assist, extending his point streak to four games. Wheeler netted the goal that Scheifele assisted on, his 20th of the season, and he’s now riding a five-game scoring streak. Wheeler is fifth in the league in assists this season with 48 and is on the cusp of breaking his career-high of 69 points. Ehlers rookie season started with a lot of promise but he has struggled with his production. He recently returned to this line after missing about 10 games win an eye injury and has a goal and six shots in his three games back. He should continue to see a lot of playing time with the Jets two top playmakers to finish the season and has shown all season he’s not afraid to put the puck on net.

Value Stacks

ANAHEIM DUCKS (VS CALGARY)

NHL: Anaheim Ducks at Ottawa Senators

Ryan Getzlaf ($6,700) – Jamie McGinn ($4,400) – Brandon Pirri ($4,200)

The Ducks are in the middle of the race for the Pacific division, battling with the Kings and Sharks for playoff position with three points separating the three teams with six games left in the year. Getzlaf has been one of the hottest scorers in the league in the second-half of the season and has posted six points in his last six games and has seen his shot output skyrocket lately with 22 shots over those six games (3.6 per game), after posting 160 in his 70 games this year (2.3). McGinn has primarily been a middle-six and third-line player for his career but he is getting a prime chance playing with Getzlaf on their top line with David Perron sidelined. McGinn has 10 points in 14 games since being picked up at the deadline by the Ducks from Buffalo, after posting 27 points in 63 games this year with the Sabres. McGinn is riding a three-game point streak and has pointing in six of his last seven games overall. His 37 points are the second-best of his career and his next point will tie his career-high for a season. Pirri has settled in nicely with the Ducks since coming over from the Panthers at the deadline and returning from injury. It took Pirri a few games to find his stride with the Ducks but he now has four points in his last three games, including a goal against the Ducks on Monday night. The Ducks have another favorable matchup tonight against the Flames in an important game and with this line coming in at a value of $15,300 they are a solid value for tonight.
