John Wall – WAS at LAL – $9,900 – The Wizards will have had a long cross-country flight to think about their troublesome double-overtime loss to Minnesota on Friday night. They still have playoff hopes, but that was a bitter pill to swallow. The Lakers have been abysmal against opposing point guards allowing the second most fantasy points to the opposition this season and the eighth most over their last three week. When these two teams met in DC at the beginning of December, Wall dropped 63.8 DraftKings points on them with 11 of 19 shooting, 34 points, 7 rebounds, 11 assists and 2 steals. He is the top option at point guard Sunday.

Chris Paul – LAC vs DEN – $9,500EARLY – The Sunday matinee features the Clippers hosting the Denver Nuggets. Los Angeles has been struggling losing five of their last seven games. Hope is on the horizon as Blake Griffin has been cleared to begin practicing with the team. In the meantime, CP3 and DeAndre Jordan are going to have to continue carrying the load. The Clippers last played on Thursday, so Paul should be well rested and ready to get down to business!

J.J. Barea – DAL at SAC – $4,300 – Barea’s price has jumped 20% since his last game, but his recent production has warranted the increase. He has put up 25+ DraftKings points in four of his last five games and is a solid discount option with Deron Williams out for two more games with an abdominal strain.

Mar27 - JJ Barea

James Harden – HOU at IND – $10,700 – Harden was out on Saturday with an illness, however, with 64+ DraftKings points in his last three games, he is clearly the top option on the board. Look to him in tournaments and be ready to utilize the DraftKings late-swap feature in the “all-day” contests in case of late breaking news closer to tipoff.

Klay Thompson – GS vs PHI – $6,900 – Coach Steve Kerr has been talking about giving Curry a day off after he has been in a bit of a shooting slump and this would be the perfect matchup to do so. If Curry is out, Thompson should see 20+ field goal attempts for the third consecutive game, making him a tremendous option if things break his way.

Raymond Felton – DAL at SAC – $4,100 – This play is not for the faint of heart, however, with Deron Williams already ruled out for the next two games, Felton should pick up some extra time at running the offense and when he is playing off the ball he is in the dream matchup against the Sacramento Kings who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards over the last three seasons.

Paul George – IND vs HOU – $8,300 – George was questionable heading into Saturday’s game in Brooklyn with a lower leg bruise. He ended up playing 34.5 minutes against the Nets so he should be fine today, but just monitor the news closely. PG13 has been consistently inconsistent this season after his horrific injury suffered last year. In his last nine games he has been over 40 fantasy points just three times with a high of 64.8 a week ago against Oklahoma City. While he has upside and is the most talented option at this position, I am hesitant and will likely look for discounted options.

Otto Porter – WAS at LAL – $5,300 – Yikes! The small forward position is a little thin on Sunday with no tantalizing choices jumping off the page. In situations like this we want to focus on matchups. The Lakers have been in the bottom five of the league most of the season against opposing small forwards and Porter has put up 25+ DraftKings points in seven of his last eight games. I am comfortable rolling with Porter.

Omri Casspi – SAC vs DAL – $4,200 – Casspi is another way to just fill out the small forward slot and move on. He has tallied 20+ DraftKings points of the bench in each of his last seven appearances and he is seeing a steady 25ish minutes in the rotation.

DeMarcus Cousins – SAC vs DAL – $10,500 – In three meetings this season against the Mavericks, Boogie has danced his way to a 59.3 DraftKings point average. Dallas does not have an answer for him and he is a tremendous play. Don’t overthink it, plug and play Cousins if you can find some value to build around him.

Mar27 - DeMarcus Cousins

Draymond Green – GS vs PHI – $8,100 – A triple-double waiting to happen, Draymond is in play if any of the other Warriors get a day of rest on Sunday.

Julius Randle – LAL vs WAS – $6,400 – On Friday against the Nuggets, Randle crossed the triple-double off of his bucket list. He has been outstanding over the last three games with 56.o DraftKings points against Denver, 40.8 in Phoenix and 46.5 against Memphis. The best part is that he is averaging just 33 minutes per game during that stretch. It looks like we may want to roster two or perhaps even the maximum three power forwards on Sunday.

Nene Hilario – WAS at LAL – $4,000 – This is a speculative upside play in the event Markieff Morris is out after suffering a strained calf in Friday’s double-overtime loss back in Washington to the Timberwolves. If Morris is in, then we can utilize the DraftKings late-swap feature to move to Brandon Bass giving us options in the Sunday nightcap.

DeAndre Jordan – LAC vs DEN – $7,800EARLY – The Nuggets are not equipped to deal with Jordan in the paint and he is a lock for a double double and he has the upside potential to go for a 20/20 special.

Marcin Gortat – WAS at LAL – $6,600 – The Polish Machine is coming off back-to-back forty burgers, however, they have come in heavy minutes. This is a favorable matchup, however, tread lightly as Gortat could very well be dealing with heavy legs after logging 43 minutes in Friday’s double-overtime loss to Minnesota.

Nikola Jokic – DEN at LAC – $6,000EARLY – Fouls are always a concern for Jokic, however, over his last five games he has averaged 30 DraftKings points and this is a great matchup for him against DeAndre Jordan who is not a lock-down defender. If you need a discount option, look to teammate Jusuf Nurkic – DEN at LAC – $6,000 who has tallied 22+ DraftKings points in five of his last six games and he has a similar risk/reward ratio to Jokic in this contest.

Marreese Speights – GS vs PHI – $3,000 – Speights is an intriguing minimum price play against his former team and with the way the center position is shaping up, I can see taking a bit of a risk with the Ace of Speights in tournaments that exclude the early Nuggets at Clippers tilt.
