$1.5K Equalizer – $27 entry fee

Toronto FC @ New York City FC

Game Analysis

Unfortunately for all MLS fans worldwide, Frank Lampard will not be making his MLS debut this on Sunday. He picked up a calf injury in training and will join Mix Diskerud and Andrea Pirlo on the sideline. Also the injuries to Tony Taylor and George John will keep them from participating this weekend. As for Toronto, the Gold Cup has depleted their roster with Jozy Altidore, Michael Bradley, Ashtone Morgan, and Jonathan Rosario all with their respective national teams. Add the injuries to Steven Caldwell and Clement Simonin and Toronto will be very shorthanded as they take on NYCFC.

Line: New York City FC (-1/2) O/U: 2 1/2 (o:-115 , u:-115)

Players to Watch

  • Sebastian Giovinco, Toronto FC ($11,500)
  • Robbie Finley, Toronto FC ($5,500)
  • David Villa, New York City FC ($11,300)
  • Mehdi Ballouchy, New York City FC ($6,300)

Sporting KC @ Vancouver Whitecaps

Game Analysis

It’s the last game of the weekend and both teams will also be hurt by the Gold Cup call ups. Sporting KC will be missing both Graham Zusi and Marcel De Jong as they are with their national team squad. Vancouver will be even more shorthanded tonight as Darren Mattocks, Russell Teibert, Pedro Morales, and Pa Madou Kah will all be out against Sporting KC. Vancouver will need to find scoring as Darren Mattocks is gone and Octavio Rivero has been in poor form as of late. Expect the red hot Dom Dwyer to outshine Rivero as Sporting KC looks to win in Vancouver.
