This Sunday/Monday two game slate on DraftKings will be missing a majority of the top fantasy talents, so be sure to look for the top value plays of the weekend. In today’s EPL Targets I will be analyzing some of the best plays for this slate of games and point out some of the best values based on price. Sunday/ Monday’s Contests

$6k Striker – $3 entry fee

$4K Equalizer – $27 entry fee

Jack Butland – ($5,000) – Stoke City – Butland shows up as the highest valued goalkeeper for this slate after earning double digit points in three of his last four starts. On top of that he has earned double digit points in his last three away appearances, including an impressive 10 save performance against Arsenal. Swansea City have a very strong attacking side so expect Butland to be very active once again on Monday.

Lukasz Fabianski – ($4,800) – Swansea City – Fabianski has earned double digit points or a clean sheet in each of his home starts this year and he has a great matchup against Stoke City on Monday. Swansea City should be able to win at home against Stoke City and Fabianski will play a huge part.

Rob Elliot – ($3,100) – Newcastle United – With Tim Krul likely out for the season with a knee injury, Elliot is going to slot in as the starting goalkeeper for Newcastle United. Krul was having a very poor fantasy season so far, meaning I wouldn’t expect Elliot to be outstanding, but given his very low price he is the best value play of the four starting goalkeepers.

Glen Johnson – ($4,600) – Stoke City- Johnson has picked up an assist in two straight games and is the top defender for this slate of games. Over his last two appearences he has made nine crosses as well and has been very solid defensively since moving away from Liverpool. With the lack of high priced talent, you should be able to afford Johnson and other high end defenders.

Kyle Naughton – ($4,300) – Swansea City – Naughton is the other top option for this slate as he is an attack fullback at home in a good matchup against Stoke City. Naughton has played twelve crosses over his last three games and continues to be solid defensively as well.

Massadio Haidara – ($3,500) – Newcastle United – Haidara has been out for the last month with a knee injury but looks to be set to return to the starting eleven. In a slate with very little talent fantasy wise in defense, Haidara will be a solid option if he is in the starting lineup. Haidara averages nearly four crosses a game at home and Norwich City is a good matchup for him.

Daryl Janmaat – ($3,900) – Newcastle United – Janmaat has also be struggling with an injury, but should be healthy for Sunday’s game. Similar to Haidara, Janmaat will be a solid option with the limited availability of defenders and will have a great opportunity to earn points in attack and defensively on Sunday.

Jefferson Montero – ($6,300) – Swansea City – Montero has been one of the most consistent fantasy performers so far this season and he will continue to be a “stud” this Monday. He has scored 9+ points in all but one of his appearances this season and averages nearly six crosses per game. On top of all that, he earned his second assist on the season last match against Spurs and I would expect Montero to be a very popular midfielder in fantasy lineups.

Nathan Redmond – ($5,900) – Norwich City – Redmond will also be a great value play on Monday, but unfortunately he continues to be in and out of the Norwich City starting lineup. He has three goals on the season and Newcastle will be starting backup goalkeeper Rob Elliot. If Redmond is given his chances, he will have a great opportunity to build on his already impressive numbers.

Robbie Brady – ($5,100) – Norwich City- Although nobody knows if Brady will be starting in defense or midfield, he will still be a value play for this slate of games. He has shown a fantastic ability to get forward in attack with one goal to his name already this season. More importantly he has been very consistent when it comes to crossing the ball, recording five or more crosses in five games this season. Newcastle United are not known for being sound defensively so expect Brady and company to take advantage of that.

Georginio Wijnaldum – ($5,200) – Newcastle United – Wijnaldum looks to be finally settling into life at Newcastle and in the Premier League. He has earned double digit points in two straight games, both of which were against Chelsea and Manchester City. Being at home and in a solid matchup against Norwich City, Wijnaldum should also be considered as a great value play.

Bafetimbi Gomis – ($8,100) – Swansea City – Gomis started the season off as one of the hottest strikers in the Premier League, but has cold down as of late. He is without a goal in four straight games, but has a great matchup on Monday against Stoke City. Stoke has given up five goals in their four away games this season and Gomis will have plenty of chances to make those numbers look even worse.

Andre Ayew – ($7,600) – Swansea City – Ayew is the third of the Swansea City attacking trio to be included in this article. Ayew scored his fourth goal of the season last game against Tottenham and continues to be a very dangerous attacking threat. As mentioned before, Stoke City are not very good away from home and expect at least one of the Swansea City’s attackers to get on the scoresheet.

Cameron Jerome – ($5,700) – Norwich City – Jerome has been very inconsistent this season, scoring only one goal and playing only the full 90 minutes once this season. He does have six shots over the last two games and with backup keeper, Rob Elliot, in goal expect Jerome to get plenty of chances to score on Sunday.

Jonathan Walters – ($5,200) – Stoke City – Walters may not be the most flashy name on or off the field, but he gets the job done for Stoke City. He has two goals over his last three games and will look to increase his goal total on Monday against a Swansea City team who have given up five goals over the last two games.
