IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING CONTEST RULES OF DRAFTKINGS

IMPORTANT! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE CONTEST RULES (hereinafter, "Contest Rules") BEFORE ENTERING THE 3 STARS OF THE NIGHT AS THESE RULES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

CONTEST SCHEDULING

Contests relating to the 3 Stars of the Night are subject to run any day that DraftKings’ offers fantasy hockey contests on site.

All scheduling remains at the full discretion of DraftKings.

WINNER RESPONSIBILITY

Winners of qualifiers into the 3 Stars of the Night and the First Star in each 3 Stars of the Night 3-player league will be automatically entered in the next 3 Stars of the Night contest via the auto-redemption feature. It is the sole responsibility of the competitors to find the contest in the ‘My Contest’ section and draft their lineup for the next contest. Under no circumstance will a player receive compensation or an option for a rematch for an undrafted lineup.

No player will allowed to have multiple entries into the same 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contest. If any player manages to occupy multiple positions in the same 3 Stars of the Night 3-player league (either from winning multiple qualifiers to the same 3 Stars of the Night contest or winning a qualifier into the next contest after previously finishing as the First Star of the most recent 3 Stars of the Night contest), they will not be allowed to use multiple entries in the same 3 Stars of the Night contest. DraftKings reserves the right to handle this situation by consulting with the player and proceeding with one of the following options: 1) Paying out the value of the extra tickets. 2) Delaying the schedule of the 3 Stars of the Night contests so all entries may be used. 3) Holding multiple 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contests on the same night so all entries can be used in separate contests.

TIE-BREAKERS

If two or more DraftKings Players tie in a qualifier to the 3 Stars of the Night, the winner will be the DraftKings Player with the higher single-player fantasy points result for each drafted player in the lineup. For example, if DraftKings Player A and DraftKings Player B tied in a 3 Stars of the Night qualifier, and Player A's highest fantasy point scoring player was Mike Cammalleri with 12 fantasy points, and Player B's highest fantasy point scoring player was Alex Ovechkin with 8 fantasy points, then Player A would be judged the winner. In the event that two or more teams have the same highest fantasy point scoring player, the same process will proceed down to the next highest fantasy point scoring player in each roster. In the event of two or more identical rosters, a tiebreaker contest will be scheduled for the players to decide the winner. The same procedure will be used if two or more players tie in the 3 Stars of the Night 3-player league.

EFFECT OF CONTEST RULES ON TERMS OF USE

The Terms of Use on the DraftKings Website shall apply to all 3 Stars of the Night related contests and to these Contest Rules, and are hereby incorporated herein by reference. These Contest Rules are intended to be a supplement to the Terms of Use, and should not be determined to be a substitute or replacement for, or otherwise render inapplicable, the Terms of Use. To the extent any provision of these Contest Rules conflicts with any provision in the Terms of Use, the provision contained in these Contest Rules shall apply, and the provision contained in these Contest Rules shall be deemed to supersede the conflicting provision contained in the Terms of Use unless otherwise stated herein. In no way other than a provision of these Contest Rules that explicitly conflicts with a provision in the Terms of Use shall these Contest rules to be deemed to replace or nullify any provision contained in the Terms of Use.

MISCELLANEOUS

DraftKings reserves the right to alter these rules at any time in DraftKings' sole discretion.

DraftKings reserves the right to discontinue the 3 Stars of the Night promotion at any time in DraftKings' sole discretion upon reasonable notice to all players that have accumulated 1 or more 3 Stars of the Night First Star finishes.

By participating in any 3 Stars of the Night related contest, the player agrees to be bound by the terms of these Contest Rules, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Every Contest - Prizes Awarded as Shown Below

1st Star: $3,000 + 3 Stars of the Night Ticket

2nd Star: $2,000

3rd Star: $1,000

All players that finish in 1st place will receive $3,000 and a ticket into the next 3 Stars of the Night contest. Players that finish in 2nd-3rd places will not earn a ticket but will win the corresponding cash prizes above.

Most 1st Star Finishes – Cash Prize

Every player that wins a 3 Stars of the Night contest will be the 1st Star of the night and will earn one 1st Star finish. After the final 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contest, the player with the most 1st Star finishes will receive $5,000 cash.

In the event of a tie between two or more players for the most 1st Star finishes after the date of the final 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contest, those players will be placed in a private contest to break the tie.

Final 3 Stars of the Night Contest of the NHL Season

The date of the final 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contest of the NHL season will be announced by DraftKings at least 3 days in advance. The 1st Star finisher of the final 3 Stars of the Night 3-player contest will win $3,000 PLUS the cash value of the 3 Stars of the Night ticket they receive for winning the 3-player contest. The cash value of the 3 Stars of the Night ticket is $3,300.

MISCELLANEOUS

Unless otherwise indicated in these terms, players are not eligible to trade prizes in for cash value.

DraftKings reserves the right to alter 3 Stars of the Night prizes at any time in DraftKings' sole discretion.
