Restrictions on Withdrawal of Funds/Order of Funds Used for Wagering
DK Dollars: Must be wagered 1x and cannot be withdrawn until played through. There are no turnover requirements or restrictions on DK Dollar winnings. Free Bets are non-cashable and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus credits must be wagered at least one (1) time. Winnings generated from wagering of Free Bets will be transferred to the registered player’s Cash Balance at which time they may be withdrawn.
Rules Regarding Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or any applicable play-through requirement. However, any applicable bonus amount in your account shall remain subject to the play-through requirement before it may be withdrawn.
