We head into a Sunday with four games, as the playoffs continue with changes in venue as the Game 3’s get underway.

For those wanting to take it easy, here is a “low stakes” type of GPP just for you:

Carey Price ($9200) – This is extremely high risk unlike on Saturday but taking Price on the road is a gamble considering how close games 1 and especially 2 were on the scoreboard. One swing in momentum could do this pick right in. The bottom line is he has two wins in the series and played really well in Game 2. He has stolen games in hostile environments like Boston so no reason why not in Ottawa.

Others to Consider: Jaroslav Halak ($8300), Pekka Rinne ($8200)? — Rinne might be a high risk GPP play.

John Tavares ($8900) – The Islanders come home for a playoff game at the Nassau Colosseum. That building will be loud! One has to like the consistency Tavares provides for fantasy owners and yes you may have to pay a good bit but for the most part if he performs like the last few regular season games and not like in Washington, then you are in good shape. He must put pucks in the net and get them to the net. So far, that has been a problem.

Jonathan Toews ($5400) – Yes Game 2 turned into a nightmare but Toews has been getting the chances in waves in this series and the pucks. The goal and two assists in Game 1 was impressive and the center may net a couple points on Sunday as the scene shifts to Chicago. Nashville definitely has speed to burn but something happens in Chicago as they say. Toews will turn on the jets.

Others to Consider:  Sean Monahan ($5000), Colin Wilson ($5000), Ryan Strome ($4400)

Values: Jay Beagle ($2700), Marcus Kruger ($2600)

Patrick Kane ($8700) – This is a must play because we are rolling the dice here big. “Showtime” back in Chicago! Need I say more? Kane is an elite player who loves the big stage. A Sunday afternoon stage with a huge audience and a raucous crowd is all anyone can ask for. This is something you have to consider. Spending several hundred less here instead of Ovechkin can help at another place. Okay #88, kindly give us the show!

Jiri Hudler ($5000) – Let’s cook up some home stacking as we go all in here! Hudler has been one of the best players in the league on one of the best lines. Game 2 was a rough one to swallow but with the scene shifting to Calgary, that should give these guys some life. That first line trio is going to ride that home wave and they did play pretty well on the road in Vancouver, especially Hudler.

Others to Consider: Alex Ovechkin ($9200), Max Pacioretty ($7500), Mark Stone ($5400), Johnny Gaudreau ($5000).

Values:  Teuvo Teravainen ($2900), Torrey Mitchell ($2700).

Erik Karlsson ($8400) – Continue the gambles as if you stack the Calgary 1st line like stacking triplets then this may be worth a shot. He has to have a breakout game in one of these, right? Five DK points was not bad in Game 2 but people were expecting a little more. Yes that is tough but this is the playoffs. P.K. Subban has made much more of an impact in this series and now the scene shifts. Your move, Erik!

Johnny Boychuk ($5000) – This could have some potential IF the Islanders show up and get that powerplay going! The home ice has to be an advantage here in the old barn and the Isles do play well against Washington on Long Island. Boychuk has a booming shot that has yet to hit the mark. It could in Game 3 and if it does early then look out, it could be one of those afternoons.

Others to Consider: John Carlson ($6700), Kris Russell ($5100), Nick Leddy ($4000).

Values:  Marc Methot ($2900), Deryk Engelland ($2700).
