There are seven games on the NHL fantasy hockey slate tonight. It’s an all-Canadian matchup in Montreal that will feature the red hot Elias Pettersson and the Canucks squaring off against the Canadiens. The Capitals battle the Blues while the Bruins take on the Flames. Here are the best value plays, stud goalies and line stacks you should consider for your lineup.

Top Line Stacks

Capitals at Blues

Alex Ovechkin ($8,000) – Evgeny Kuznetsov ($6,200) – Tom Wilson ($6,200)

The Capitals’ No. 1 line has been dominating physically and on the scoresheet. Ovechkin has potted 29 goals this season and is averaging 5.4 FPPG. He has recorded eight goals and five assists on the PP. Kuznetsov has tallied two assists in as many games and is producing 3.9 fantasy points per contest. Wilson has potted a goal and an assist in the past two games. Six of his 11 goals have come on the road.

Flyers vs. Hurricanes

Claude Giroux ($6,600) – Sean Couturier (5,700) – Travis Konecny ($4,600)

It’s been a drama-filled year in the Philly, but Giroux has been a point-producing machine. He’s produced 44 points (13G, 31A) and is averaging 4.2 FPPG. He hasn’t collected a point in three games, so it’s a perfect time to break out of a slump. Couturier has sniped 13 goals and is recording 3.6 FPPG. Konecny has dished out 12 assists and is averaging 2.7 fantasy points per contest.

Superstar to Build Around

Patrick Kane, CHI at NYI, $7,700 — Kane has been a nightmare for opposing goalies lately. He has sniped five goals in the past three games. Kane has collected 14 points (7G, 7A) in the past 10 games and is producing 5.1 fantasy points per game. He has 10 career goals against the Islanders and four of them were on the PP.

Value on Offense

Jonathan Drouin, MON vs. VAN, $5,200 — Drouin has been dynamic for the Canadiens this year. He’s potted 12 goals and seven of them have come in front of the Montreal faithful. Drouin had a goal and an assist in their only matchup with the Canucks this year. He has recorded two goals and eight helpers with the man advantage.

Frank Vatrano, FLA at BUF, $4,700 — The Panthers’ left winger has been great on the road this season. He’s recorded 12 of his 16 points (7G, 5A) as a visitor. Vatrano has tallied a goal and an assist in two games against the Sabres this season. He has potted a goal and dished out four helpers on the power play.

Stud Goalies

Braden Holtby, WAS at STL, $8,200 — The Capitals’ starting netminder will be looking to rebound after a loss against the Predators. He has recorded 15 wins, a 2.84 GAA and a .912% save percentage. Holtby is averaging 4.9 FPPG and has tallied two shutouts this season. He’s a perfect 7-0 against the Blues with a career 1.99 GAA.

Carey Price, MON vs. VAN, $7,600 — Price is back from injury and will look to shut down the surprising Canucks. He has won his past two starts and has a save percentage of .904%. Price has a GAA of 2.84 and is producing 4.0 FPPG. He won his only start against the Canucks this year and has 11 career wins against Vancouver, which includes two shutouts.

Value on Defense

Drew Doughty, LA vs. TB, $4,800 — Doughty is a fresh off being named to the Pacific Division All-Star team and will look to dominate the league-leading Lightning. He has sniped three goals this season and dished out 19 assists. Doughty is averaging 2.9 FPPG, and 14 of his 19 points have come at the Staples Center.

Ryan Pulock, NYI vs. CHI, $4,600 — The Islanders’ d-man scored in their most recent game and has three points in the past two contests. He’s producing 3.0 FPPG and has tallied three points (1G, 2A) with the man advantage.

Colton Parayko, STL vs. WAS, $4,300 — Parayko has done most of his point producing at home this year. He’s potted four goals and collected two assists in front of the St. Louis faithful. Parayko is recording 2.7 FPPG and has sniped two goals on the PP.

Power Play Defensemen

Mark Giordano, CGY at BOS, $6,100 — The Flames’ d-man quarterbacks the Flames’ No. 1 power play. He tallied one goals and 13 assists on the power play. Giordano has tallied 39 helpers this season.

Victor Hedman, TB at LA, $5,700 — Hedman is on a five-game point streak and has totaled five assists in those contests. He has tallied 13 assists with the man advantage this year and is producing 3.6 FPPG. Fourteen of his 20 points have come at home with 10 power play points at the Amalie Arena.
