He’s averaging 5.0 FPPG and has potted 11 goals on the power play. Johnsson has scored 20 goals this year is averaging 2.7 FPPG. Nylander has collected seven helpers in the past 10 contests. He’s producing 2.3 FPPG and has sniped five goals this season.

Penguins at Rangers


Jake Guentzel ($6,500) – Sidney Crosby ($7,100) – Bryan Rust ($4,400)

The Penguins’ No. 1 line is led by Crosby as Pittsburgh tries to secure its playoff spot. Crosby has dominated the Rangers this season. He’s totaled one goal and four assists in two matchups against New York this year. He’s averaging 4.7 fantasy points per game and has totaled 11 power play goals. Guentzel has produced three points (2G, 1A) in the past three contests, and he’s recording 4.0 FPPG. Rust has sniped 18 goals this year and is averaging 2.8 FPPG.




Superstar to Build Around


Jack Eichel, BUF at NJ ($7,000) – The Sabres center has been dominant recently. He has potted five goals while dishing out two assists in the past 10 games. Eichel is averaging 4.9 FPPG and has sniped 12 goals on the power play. He has produced eight goals and 15 helpers on the power play.

Value on Offense


Patrik Laine, WPG vs. DAL ($5,400) – Laine has totaled 29 goals and 20 assists this season. He’s producing 3.6 FPPG and has produced six assists in the past 10 games. Laine has recorded 14 goals and eight assists with the man-advantage. Laine is producing 3.3 FPPG in front of the Winnipeg faithful.

Brayden Schenn, STL at VGK ($4,600) – Schenn has recorded four goals and five assists in the past 10 games. He’s averaging 3.0 FPPG and has collected 11 points (4G, 7A) with the man-advantage. Schenn has potted 17 goals this year and scored against the Golden Knights earlier this year.




Stud Goalies


Mike Smith, CGY vs. LA ($8,400) – Smith has won his past two starts, and his numbers have been improving this season. He’s 21-14-2 with a 2.77 GAA while sporting a .889 save percentage. The Flames netminder is collecting 4.0 FPPG and has tallied two shutouts this year. He won his previous start against the Kings and stopped 13 of 14 shots.

Martin Jones, SJ vs. DET ($8,100) – The Sharks and Jones are in desperate need of a victory and should get it against the rebuilding Red Wings. He has produced 34 wins and a GAA of 2.91. He’s averaging 4.1 FPPG and has totaled three shutouts this season.


Value on Defense


Ryan McDonagh, TB vs. BOS ($5,100) – The Lightning d-man has recorded one goal and three assists in the past four contests. He has collected eight points (2G, 6A) in the past 10 games. He’s averaging 3.0 FPPG. Twenty of his 41 points have come at home.

Jared Spurgeon, MIN vs. NSH ($4,900) – Spurgeon tallied an assist in his most recent game. He has potted 14 goals this year, and four of them have come on the power play. Spurgeon is producing 3.1 FPPG.

Marc-Edouard Vlasic, SJ vs. DET ($4,600) – Vlasic has been an assist machine recently. He has recorded four assists in as many games with two goals and 26 helpers this season. He’s averaging 2.2 FPPG and had two assists in one matchup against the Red Wings this year.
