Robert Kraft sucked it up and ended Deflategate, so I’m done with it too. I will, however, share with you how Darrelle Revis, and even the NFL, keep bringing it up and being babies about it.

Does Revis recall that he was a member of the Super Bowl champs?
Does Revis recall that he was a member of the Super Bowl champs?

Sure, Revis is a Jet — he’s always been a man of his own opinion no matter where he is — but here are his recent thoughts that he shared with the New York Daily News:

“Everybody’s blowing it up because it is Tom Brady,” Revis told the Daily News Wednesday in his first extended comments on the Deflategate fallout. “I understand that. But if (the NFL) feels he did the crime or he did something and they want to penalize them, then that’s that. (The Patriots) have a history of doing stuff. You can’t hide that.… Tom was there when they did that stuff in the past.”

“New England’s been doing stuff in the past and getting in trouble,” Revis said. “When stuff repeatedly happens, then that’s it. I don’t know what else to tell you. Stuff repeatedly happened through the years. You got SpyGate, you got this and that and everything else. Obviously in those situations in the past, they had the evidence. So they did what they needed to do.”

Bro … you were on this team! You won the Super Bowl with this team. I get that you’re a Jet now, but just leave it alone. Love Revis as a player, but I’ve never understood the fights that he takes on/brings upon himself in interviews.

But at least Robert Kraft put this whole story to bed and doesn’t have to battle with the NFL anymore.

Classy. And there’s no way this is a coincidence. PSI … with a picture of Andrew Luck (of the Colts who lost the AFC Championship game) and not the QB who just won his fourth Super Bowl.

Even after Kraft admits defeat, the Patriots just have to keep sitting there holding their tongues while everyone else continues rubbing it in.
