Football made a triumphant return Week 1 with plenty of games down to the final minute. The Rams defeated the Seahawks in overtime, the Giants fell to the Cowboys after some questionable clock management, and the Falcons surprised the Eagles on Monday Night.

The night games provided plenty of excitement for fantasy football competitors ‘BALLAH’ and ‘beisel90’ as well.

With two minutes to go, beisel90 was sitting in first place of DraftKings Millionaire Maker Week 1 league, but only by less than a point. ‘BALLAH’ was narrowly behind, with 49ers running back Carlos Hyde still playing. Hyde already had scored 2 touchdowns and with the 49ers winning 20-3, the game was all but over. But Hyde took the handoff, gained another 6 yards, and vaulted BALLAH into first place to take down the $2 Million first place prize.

Not all was lost for beisel90, who still took home $1 Million for finishing in second.

3. Despite being separated by less than 1 point, BALLAH and beisel90 selected only 2 of the same players (Julio Jones and Tyler Eifert). The other 7 players on their roster were unique.
