If you didn’t watch Game 3 of Rockets vs. Mavericks on Friday night then you missed a hell of an entertaining game. Unless you’re a fan of defense … in that case this was not the game for you.
As you see in the crazy 10 minutes worth of highlights above, the Rockets topped the Mavs 130-128 in regulation. 258 points in regulation! Flashback Friday to the ’80’s NBA.

Aside from how wild the game was, this was a backbreaking loss for the Mavs. They had several chances to win this one, and it would have been a huge momentum swing for them. Ditch their weak link in Rondo, grab a win, and have a chance to tie the series at 2-2 in Dallas in Game 4. Instead they’re down 0-3 and trying to accomplish a comeback that’s never been done in the NBA.
