Another busy Friday night in the NBA features 20 teams in action giving us 100 starters and some important bench players to take a look at for fantasy basketball. Each team continues to adjust their rotation coming down the stretch whether they’re battling for playoff position or evaluating options for next season. To keep up with the best cheap plays lined up to get playing time and fantasy production tonight, check out today’s top options under $4,000 in the Bargain Bin:

Paul Zipser  – SG/SF – CHI vs. PHI – ($3,800) – When Dwyane Wade was ruled out for the regular season, the Bulls promoted Zipser into the starting lineup. Although he had struggled earlier in the season when given playing time, he has thrived in his current stint in the lineup. Tonight, as the Bulls host the Sixers, Zipser is my top option to check out if you need to spend under $4K.

In each his four games since joining Chicago’s starting five, Zipser has played at least 28 minutes and produced at least 16 DKFP. On Tuesday, he logged 41 minutes in Chicago’s overtime loss to Toronto finishing with 29.75 DKFP on 12 points, five rebounds, four assists, a steal and a pair of blocked shots. He followed that up with another solid game Wednesday against Detroit posting 27 DKFP on 15 points, four boards and two assists. Since he is getting so much playing time in such a favorable matchup, I think Zipser is relatively low-risk tonight with plenty of upside.

E’Twaun Moore – SG/SF – NO @ HOU – ($3,900) – Moore has been a regularly recurring option in the bargain bin as he continues to be one of the key contributors off the bench for the Pelicans. Although Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins carry the New Orleans offense, Moore still brings some nice spark off the bench. In his last game against Memphis, he only managed 10.0 DKFP, but he had posted over 20 DKFP in each of his previous four games.

Last Friday when he faced Houston, Moore totaled a solid 22.25 DKFP on nine points, five boards, three assists and a steal. In a rematch with the Rockets tonight, Moore should get plenty of opportunities in a high-scoring, up-tempo contest. For the month, Moore is averaging 10.4 points, 2.5 assists, 1.8 rebounds and over 28 minutes per game.

NOTE: The SAC @ GS game is not on the “main” NBA slate tonight.

Ian Clark – PG/SG – GS vs SAC – ($3,500) – The Warriors host Sacramento tonight in a game many expect to get lopsided early. A one-sided affair could benefit Clark who has shown he can produce when given extra run due to Golden State resting players or games getting decided with plenty of time left to play. On Tuesday in Dallas, Clark got extra time in a rout and scored 18 points on 8-of-16 shooting for 23.5 DKFP. He also had 20 DKFP against the Magic last Thursday following up on his massive 43.75 DKFP when he helped fill in for all the resting Warriors in San Antonio.

Golden State could definitely take advantage of a favorable matchup and rest their stars tonight, or they could put away the Kings early. In either scenario, Clark would benefit from the extra run making him an intriguing option tonight with a high ceiling.

Quincy Acy – SF/PF – BKN @ WAS – ($3,500) – In one of the most surprising results from last night’s action the Nets crushed the Suns while putting up 126 points. As they finish their back-to-back tonight in Washington, they may look to rest Brook Lopez or other members of their rotation which would open up even more time for Quincy Acy. Acy has alredy been playing good minutes averaging 25.0 per game over his last five contests. In each of those games, Acy has at least 14 DKFP and has posted over 25 DKFP in two of his last four including last night when he had 12 points, four assists, three rebounds and two steals for 25.75 DKFP in 26 minutes. He should get plenty of run tonight in DC, and he could even move into the starting lineup depending on who else Brooklyn has available.
