Hooooo boy!

This was the game the Cleveland Cavaliers needed to have.

Down 2-0 in the NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors, Game 3 was a MUST WIN for the Cavs – not only to prevent them from a possible sweep, but to get a much-needed home-win.

You better believe they got that win… but it’s HOW they got that win.

The Cavs took Game 3 by a final tally of 120-90 – a rare 30-point blow-out by the Warriors, who, in Game 3, blew out the Cavs by – wait for it – 33 points.

Without Kevin Love due to the NBA’s concussion policy for the first time in the series, the Cavaliers played like a completely different team. Not only were they a different team on the defensive end of the floor, but the offense almost flowed better without Love (stop me if you’ve heard this one before). Yes, the Warriors had an off-night – Curry, Thompson and Green were a combined 12-34 from the field – but when the shots aren’t falling for Golden State, you’ve got to take advantage (looking at you, Thunder), and the Cavs did just that and more.

LeBron James led the way (32-6-11), but the real key was that Kyrie Irving (30-8-4) decided to show up to the party, scoring 16 points in the first quarter. The Cavs took a 33-16 lead at the point and really never looked back.

But instead of another game-story that you’ll have to read, let’s tell this story in Vines.

1st Quarter

Remember I said that Kyrie went off? Yeah, Kyrie went off. And he was doing things like this.

Oh, that’s #30 in the spin cycle there, too!

Let me see you 1-2 STEP!

And some slo-mo action on that 3-ball.

2nd Quarter

The Warriors got back on a little bit of a roll…

But then LeBron did this…

And then Draymond did this…

3rd Quarter

Back to the Kyrie Irving Show!

But Draymond tried to cancel the 3rd quarter showing…

And then THIS happened…

AGAIN

ONE MORE TIME

There’s some kind of metaphor here…

4th Quarter

There wasn’t much, so here’s 3 very happy Cavs…

Can Game 4 PLEASE get here soon?!
