UFC Fight Night is Saturday and below, we take a look at some betting insights on DraftKings Sportsbook for the card headlined by Alistair Overeem vs. Walt Harris. The preliminary card is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. ET, with the main card getting underway at 9:00 p.m. ET. Could Walt Harris win by KO this weekend?

Split Action and Big Bets on Walt Harris vs. Alistair Overeem

The line for this fight opened with Walt Harris at -165 and Alistair Overeem at +138, and it moved to -148 for Harris and +120 for Overeem. While this line movement is fairly interesting, the biggest betting story about this fight is how split DraftKings Sportsbook bettors seem to be. Exactly 50% of the bets are on Harris and exactly 50% of the bets are on Overeem, and 52% of the Handle is on Harris with 48% is on Overeem. The one especially surprising finding is that while Overeem and Harris rank first and second in total handle for this card, they actually only rank fifth and sixth in total number of bets. These aren’t the most popular fighters to bet on, despite this being Saturday’s main event, but those who are making bets here are doing so with larger amounts.

Could Claudia Gadelha and Angela Hill go the distance?

Plenty of Bettors on Gadelha but With Lower Dollar Amounts

At -225, Claudia Gadelha is one of the biggest favorites of Saturday night’s event. She’ll face Angela Hill in a fight that is a strong favorite to go the distance (-335) and odds are that the judges will rule in her favor. Gadelha has taken in more bets than any other fighter on the card, and 76% of the bets on the fight are on her to win. A more in depth look shows that this may be a bit misleading, however, as Gadelha is receiving the most bets but only the sixth largest handle of any fighter. She’s also only getting 61% of the handle despite the 76% betting mark, indicating that while there are plenty of bets being made on Gadelha, they may not be that large. Bettors making bigger wagers may see some value in Hill as a +180 underdog.
