MLB PERFECT LINEUP

MLB PL 97

NOTES:

-It was another big night for under-the-radar picks on DraftKings. All but two of the players in the Perfect Lineup were under 5% owned overall and 5 of the players were under 2% owned overall.

-Neither pitcher in the Perfect Lineup was over 5% owned.

-Anthony DeSclafani was the only pitcher yesterday with at least 25 fantasy points or more. It was a big day for hitting as every batter in the Perfect Lineup had at least 20 fantasy points on DraftKings.

TOP 20 FANTASY POINT SCORERS

mlb top 20 scorers

NOTES:

-Jackie Bradley Jr. continued his unbelievable hitting tear on Monday and led all scorers with 33 fantasy points.

-Outfielders were scoring in bunches on Monday. Each of the top 4 scoring players were outfielders and 6 of the Top 10 scoring players were OF eligible on DraftKings.

-Only three players in the top 20 scorers were considered popular picks on Monday (over 10% owned).

-The Brewers were the highest scoring team on average on Monday. Milwaukee players averaged 12.85 DraftKings fantasy points against Justin Nicolino and the Marlins.

-It was a tough day to be a Marlin. Their opponent averaged the most DK fantasy points and they averaged the fewest at just 1.13 FP per player.

-The 2nd highest scoring team was the Red Sox who totaled 11.46 fantasy points per player.

TOP 20 HIGHEST OWNED PLAYERS

mlb highest owned

NOTES:

-The top 4 highest owned players were all pitchers, and none of them ended up in the DK Perfect Lineup.

-Two of the 4 highest owned players (Pineda and Scherzer) were huge disappointments in failing to score even 12 DK fantasy points.

-The highest owned team on average yesterday was the Blue Jays at 4.9% owned per player. They were a relative disappointment in averaging just 5.31 fantasy points per player.

-The lowest owned team on Monday was Colorado. The Coors effect is very real – they were one of the highest owned team all weekend against San Francisco in the friendly confines of Coors Field. They went to spacious PetCo Park on Monday and their ownership plummeted to just 0.56% owned per player.

TOP 20 VALUE PLAYS

MLB Value Plays

NOTES:

-The best value team on Monday was the same as the highest scoring team – the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers averaged 12.85 FP/player and a $281.19 $/Pt score.

-The worst value team was St. Louis facing Dan Haren and the Cubs. Haren surprised most on Monday by putting together a very quality start and the Cardinals ended the day averaging $3513.76 $/Pt.
