Philadelphia Union@ Columbus Crew SC
Game Analysis

The Columbus Crew continued their good start to the season with a very convincing win over Orlando City last week. Kei Kamara continues to dominate, while last week veteran Federico Higuain finally saw the back of the net as well. As for Philadelphia, they continue to struggle defensively as they have now given up a league leading thirteen goals on the year. After three goals last week, Columbus probably can’t wait to get back out there against Philadelphia’s poor defense.

Line: Columbus Crew SC (-1/2) O/U: 2 1/2 (o: -120, u: -110) Vegas

Players to Watch
* Kei Kamara, Columbus Crew ($9,100)
* Federico Higuain, Columbus Crew ($7,500)
* Maurice Edu, Philadelphia Union ($5,200)
* Fernando Aristeguieta (Questionable), Philadelphia Union ($7,200)

Real Salt Lake@ New England Revolution
Game Analysis

If New England wants to keep pace with the top teams in the Eastern Conference, they will have to get past Real Salt Lake this week. Unfortunately for RSL, they will be without their top defender, Jamison Olave, who was given the red card last week against Vancouver. Both teams have had very balanced scoring so far this season, so it may be hard to trust one guy for your fantasy lineup this week. The two most consistent players for each team has been Keyln Rowe and Javier Morales, but Morales picked up a knock this week, so I would monitor his status as we get closer to the game.

Line: New England Revolution (-1/2) O/U: 2 1/2 (o: +105, u: -135) Vegas

Players to Watch
* Keyln Rowe, New England Revolution ($6,500)
* Teal Burnbury, New England Revolution ($5,500)
* Alvaro Saborio, Real Salt Lake ($6,900)
* Luis Gil, Real Salt Lake ($5,100)

Sporting KC@ Houston Dynamo
Game Analysis

Sporting KC and Houston come into week 8 with identical records on the season (2-2-3), but we will see if that will change after Saturday. Houston is coming off a tough draw last week, where they saw midfielder Ricardo Clark score for the second week in a row. Boniek Garcia’s status is still in doubt as he missed last weeks game with a knee injury. As for Sporting KC, they are still waiting for Dom Dwyer to get back to his goal scoring ways of last season, but it’s Krisztian Nemeth who has been picking up the slack.

Line: Pick O/U: 2 1/2 (o: +105, u: -135) Vegas

Players to Watch
* Ricardo Clark, Houston Dynamo ($6,100)
* Kofie Sarkodie, Houston Dynamo ($4,300)
* Krisztian Nemeth (Questionable), Sporting KC ($5,400)
* Benny Feilhaber, Sporting KC ($7,300)

DC United@ Vancouver Whitecaps
Game Analysis

Vancouver is coming off a late game win last week against RSL and will look to continue their strong play at home this week against DC United. The Whitecaps have been led by Octavio Rivero most of the year, but recently Darren Mattocks has proved he is worth an attacking spot on the team as well. DC United will also welcome back their star, Fabian Espindola, who is returning from a long suspension, although he will probably only be used as a substitute this week. Also United will be without their other star, GK Bill Hamid, as he recovers from a thigh injury.

Line: Vancouver Whitecaps (-1/2) O/U: 2 1/2 (o: +105, u: -135) Vegas

Players to Watch
* Octavio Rivero, Vancouver Whitecaps ($9,400)
* Darren Mattocks, Vancouver Whitecaps ($5,800)
* Perry Kitchen, DC United ($4,400)
* Chris Pontius, DC United ($7,000)
