In Saturday’s EPL Targets I will be analyzing some of the best plays for this slate of games and point out some of the best values based on price. Also follow me on Twitter (@jwl_15) for injury and lineup updates throughout the weekend.

Asmir Begovic – ($4,300) – Chelsea – After struggling to start the season, Begovic has played very well as of late. He has earned three straight clean sheets, scoring 13+ points in each. Unfortunately for him, his great form is coming at a bad time with Thibaut Courtois nearing his return to full fitness. This will likely be Begovic’s last start before Courtois takes his starting job back, so capitalize on his availability and form while it lasts.

Maarten Stekelenburg – ($4,200) – Southampton – Stekelenburg is probably not your first choice when it comes to a goalkeeper this weekend, but he should be based on this great matchup. He will be at home against an Aston Villa team that has been held to a clean sheet in two of their last three games. Stekelenburg has earned 10+ points in two of his last three home starts and he should be considered in your lineups on Saturday.

Giedrius Arlauskis – ($2,500) – Watford – Arlauskis is the epitome of a value on Saturday as he is the most likely candidate to take over as the starting goalkeeper for Heurelho Gomes, who was forced off with an injury last weekend. He has a great matchup against Norwich City on Saturday who have only scored three goals over the last five games. Most people will have low expectations for Arlauskis coming into Saturday, so play him if you are looking to stack the pricey midfielders and attackers in this slate.

Nacho Monreal – ($4,100) – Arsenal – Monreal continues to have a great season for Arsenal with another 10+ point performance last weekend against Norwich City. He now has 13 crosses and an assist over his last two starts and as long as Olivier Giroud is starting up front, Monreal should continue to put up big numbers in attack. He has a great matchup on Saturday against a Sunderland team that has the fourth worst goal differential in the league.

Christian Fuchs – ($3,600) – Leicester City – Fuchs has taken over the starting left back position for top of the Premier League table Leicester City. Last week he managed only one cross against Manchester United, but that cross resulted in an assist. He has scored 9+ points in six straight games and has a good matchup against a Swansea City team that has been held to a clean sheet in three of their last four games.

Cedric Soares – ($3,500) – Southampton – No surprise here, but Cedric continues to be a strong play in defense with his outstanding attacking abilities. He has earned 11+ points in three straight games and is averaging five crosses per game over that same span. As mentioned before, Southampton have a great matchup on Saturday against Aston Villa, who have the league’s second worst goal difference.

Patrick van Aanholt – ($2,600) – Sunderland – van Aanholt made my values list last weekend and owners who put their faith in him will have come away very happy. He scored a goal and played three crosses on his way to an impressive 23 point performance. He now has 12+ points in three straight games, but is headed into a very difficult matchup against Arsenal on Saturday. On a positive note, Arsenal haven’t scored more than one goal over their last three weeks and are riddled with injury problems so don’t be surprised if van Aanholt continues with his success this weekend.

Mesut Ozil – ($7,400) – Arsenal – Ozil once again had a great game last weekend after scoring his fourth goal of the Premier League season. He now has 22+ points in three of his last four games and will be relied on even more on Saturday with both Alexis Sanchez and Santi Cazorla joining the long list of injured Arsenal players. Sunderland have conceded the fourth most goals in the Premier League this season and Arsenal will look to exploit that at home on Saturday, with Ozil leading the charge.

Willian – ($6,100) – Chelsea – Willian is almost becoming a must start each week and this Saturday shouldn’t be any different. He has now scored at least 20 fantasy points in five of his last six starts and is playing a Bournemouth team who have conceded 30 goals this season, the worst in the Premier League. Although Chelsea still look a mess, Willian is easily one of the most consistent fantasy performers on DraftKings.

Jonjo Shelvey – ($4,600) – Swansea City – Shelvey finally scored his first goal of the season a fortnight ago against Bournemouth. He finished the game with a goal and an assist, totaling 27 points. Although the production hasn’t been there all season for Shelvey, he has been one of the most dangerous attackers for Swansea City in 2015/16. Leicester City may be tied at the top of the league, but they have still conceded 21 goals this season and Swansea should have plenty of chances at home on Saturday.

Son Heung-Min – ($4,700) – Tottenham – Although Son wasn’t able to play the whole 90 minutes last weekend, he was Tottenham’s most influential player on the pitch against Chelsea. He had four shots, drew two fouls, and added a cross in a very uneventful scoreless draw. Son should get his chances in attack on Saturday against a West Brom team that have conceded seven goals over their last four games. Tottenham have been one of the best teams in the league this season and Son’s return will only help their dangerous attack moving forward.

Jamie Vardy – ($8,000) – Leicester City – No surprise here but Vardy scored again last weekend to make it a record breaking 11 straight games in the Premier League. He does have a decent matchup against Swansea City on Saturday, but Vardy is currently matchup proof and is a must start this weekend.

Harry Kane – ($7,700) – Tottenham – As mentioned with Son Heung-Min, Tottenham will have a decent matchup against West Brom on Saturday. With other top tier attacking options like Alexis Sanchez, Wayne Rooney, and Sergio Aguero out with injuries, Kane is the likely the best option. He was unable to score last weekend for the first time in four games, but expect him to bounce back on Saturday.

Troy Deeney – ($4,900) – Watford – Deeney stayed in great form last weekend by scoring in his third straight game. He has scored 12+ points in five of his last six games and looks very good in attack next to Odion Ighalo. He will have a great matchup on Saturday against a Norwich City team who have conceded 25 goals on the season, so look for Deeney to make it four in a row.

Shane Long – ($3,900) – Southampton – Long filled in for the suspended Graziano Pelle last weekend and scored his second goal of the season. He could get another start at the top of the Southampton attack alongside Pelle on Saturday in a very good matchup against last place Aston Villa. They have given up seven goals over their last two games and the likes of Long, Pelle, Dusan Tadic, and Sadio Mane should be beneficiaries of their struggles this weekend.
