IMPORTANT! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE CONTEST RULES (hereinafter, "Contest Rules") BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE FANTASY GOLF HANDICAP PROMOTION AS THESE RULES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

DraftKings is pleased to announce an exciting new PGA promotion, the PGA Fantasy Golf Handicap (the "Promotion"), exclusively for DraftKings players (the “Player(s)”). Players will have the opportunity to win Frequent Player Points (“Crowns”) by playing in any paid fantasy golf contest in at least 8 PGA Tournaments between April 5 and August 9 (as defined below) on the DraftKings website.

Fantasy Golf Handicap Description

Players that participate in any paid fantasy golf contest in at least 8 PGA Tournaments between April 5 and August 9 will qualify for the Fantasy Golf Handicap promotion. Each player’s Fantasy Golf Handicap will be determined by:

1. Taking a player's highest scoring paid lineup each week between April 5 and August 9 (8 tournament miniumum)

2. The average of their 8 highest scores will determine their Fantasy Golf average score
(If you play more than 8 tournaments, we’ll only count your top 8 - Playing more gives you more shots to raise your Fantasy Golf Average Score)

3. Your PGA Fantasy Golf Handicap is 550 minus your Average Score - 550 is the base score, a number we’ve determined is a scratch fantasy golfer

The table below displays a few examples the DK Fantasy Golf Handicaps that correspond with Fantasy Golf Average Scores.

Every user that sets a Fantasy Golf Handicap will fall into one of the Handicap Tiers below. Each of those tiers has a total amount of prizes that will be split evenly among the users that establish a Fantasy Golf Handicap in that range. Please see the example below.

Example: Player A participated in at least one paid Fantasy Golf contest in 11 PGA Tournaments between April 5 and August 9. Player A’s highest scoring lineup per week is displayed below.

April 5 – 464 Fantasy Golf Points

April 12 - 523 Fantasy Golf Points

April 19 - 444 Fantasy Golf Points

May 10 - 202 Fantasy Golf Points

May 17 – 486 Fantasy Golf Points

June 7 - 578 Fantasy Golf Points

June 14 - 345 Fantasy Golf Points

July 5 - 333 Fantasy Golf Points

July 12 - 478 Fantasy Golf Points

July 19 - 516 Fantasy Golf Points

July 26 - 428 Fantasy Golf Points

Player A’s Fantasy Golf Average is 489.63 which mean’s Player A’s Fantasy Golf Handicap is 60.37. Player A falls into the Handicap Tier of 50.01 – 76 (750,000 Total Crowns). If there are 249 other players with Handicaps in this range on August 13 than everyone in the Handicap tier including Player A will receive 3,000 Crowns (750,000 Crowns ‘Tier Total’ divided by 250 ‘number of users with the same Fantasy Golf Handicap’).

In the unlikely scenario that one of the handicap tiers mentioned above has 0 users that fall into that range of Average Fantasy Scores, the Total Crowns for that unpopulated tier will be split evenly among all users in the tier directly below it.
