What are the NFL Achievements?
NFL Achievements are a series of challenges specifically geared towards a players’ activity during the 2018 NFL regular season. These challenges each have a set number of milestones that reward players as they progress through their Achievements. Learn more about Achievements here.

The NFL Achievements for launch are:

1) Gridiron Guru
The total number of paid NFL contests a player has successfully entered during the NFL 2018 season.

2) Fantasy Football Ironman
Total consecutive weeks played with at least 1 paid NFL lineup. (Week = Tues-Mon)

3) Ultimate Ironman
Play a paid contest in ALL 17 NFL Regular Season Weeks. (Week = Tues-Mon)

4) Primetime
Total number of days successfully entering at least 1 paid NFL contest that begins after 6:30PM ET.
Note: NFL “Classic” or “Showdown” both count towards this Achievement. Total days are what is counted.

5) Primetime Champ
Successfully enter a paid contest that begins after 6:30PM ET on ALL 47 days where such contest is offered.
Note: Contests that begin after 6:30PM ET and stretch across 2 days only count for the day in which the contest begins.

Example: If a user plays in the NFL Week 2 Sunday, Sept. 16 night classic set that begins at 8:20PM ET and includes the NFL game on Monday, Sept. 17 at 8:15PM ET, this will only count as 1 day for Sunday, Sept. 16, the day the contest began.

6) Big Money Hunter
The total number of successfully entered paid NFL “Millionaire” contests. “Millionaire” contests are contests with a $1M (or higher) top prize.

7) Yardage Monster
Total passing, rushing, and receiving yards in paid NFL contests.
Note: All lineups entered in paid contests count towards this achievement.

8) Touchdown Machine
Total TDs scored in paid NFL contests.
Note: All lineups entered in paid contests count towards this achievement. All Touchdowns scored on offense or defense count for this achievement.
How do NFL Achievements work?
Each NFL Achievement has specific milestones. When you complete a milestone for any of the achievements, you will receive the reward offered for that milestone. This reward will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of the contest being paid out.

Example:
NFL Achievement: Gridiron Guru - The total number of paid NFL contests played.
Milestone 1: Play 1 paid NFL contest
Reward: 5 Crowns

If you play in 1 paid NFL contest, you will have completed Milestone 1 of the “Gridiron Guru”. You will automatically receive 5 Crowns within 24 hours of that contest being paid out. You will now be tasked with Milestone 2, play 10 total paid NFL contests (9 additional paid NFL contests).
What are Crowns?
Crowns (formerly FPPs) are a form of currency that DraftKings players can spend on contest tickets and merchandise in the DK Shop. How many Crowns you earn each month also determines your Daily Rewards Status Tier for the next month. Crowns can only be used on DraftKings or in the DK Store and have no cash value and are non-transferrable.
When do I get rewarded for completing milestones?
After completing a milestone, rewards will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of the contest being paid out.
Can I complete more than one milestone on the same day?
Yes! If you have a very active NFL day you can complete more than one milestone in one day across your NFL Achievements.

Example 1:
Milestone 1 for “Gridiron Guru” is play 1 paid NFL contest and Milestone 2 is play 10 paid NFL contests. If you play in 10 NFL paid contests on NFL Week 1 Sunday, you will accomplish both Milestones and be rewarded for completing both. You will then be tasked with Milestone 3 for the “Gridiron Guru” to play 15 total NFL paid contests.

Example 2:
Milestone 1 for “Gridiron Guru” is play 1 paid NFL contest and Milestone 1 for “Big Money Hunter” is play in 1 paid NFL “Millionaire” contest. If you play in the NFL $5M Fantasy Football Millionaire on Sunday, Sept. 9, then you will have completed Milestone 1 for both Achievements. You will then be tasked with Milestone 2 for the “Gridiron Guru” to play 10 NFL paid contests and Milestone 2 for “Big Money Hunter” to play in 3 paid NFL “Millionaire” contests.
Are NFL Achievements cumulative?
Yes! After you complete your first milestone for an achievement, you will be that much closer to your second milestone, as can be seen on the meter above.

Example:
NFL Achievement: Gridiron Guru - The total number of paid NFL contests played.
Milestone 3: Play 15 total paid NFL contests
Reward: 30 Crowns

If you are tasked with completing Milestone 3 of the “Gridiron Guru”, that means you have already completed Milestones 1 and 2. Milestone 1 is to play in 1 paid NFL contest and Milestone 2 is to play in 10 total paid NFL contests. Since Milestone 3 is to play in 15 total paid NFL contests, you will begin this challenge only needing to play in 5 additional NFL paid contests to complete this milestone.
How long do I have to complete my NFL Achievements?
NFL Achievements will last for the 17 NFL Weeks of the regular season. Pending any schedule changes, the last day to complete NFL Achievements will be on December 30, 2018.
Will there be Achievements for other sports?
We currently offer Achievements for MLB and NFL. Given the popularity and demand of these, we are looking to expand on our Achievement offering into additional sports. We hope to have updates to share in the weeks ahead.
